We've Combined Nelson City Medical Centre & Titoki Medical
Why has this happened?
The challenges and pressures faced by the Primary Health Care sector are well publicised. In smaller urban and rural areas it is challenging to provide care with limited resources. The merging of our Nelson City and Titoki teams into a single entity will allow us to better support our staff and meet the needs of all our patients.
South Link Health as owner of Nelson City and Titoki Medical Centres is strongly committed to ensuring we have well supported staff. As a not-for-profit organisation our focus is on delivering high quality patient care and maintaining the sustainability of general practice.
Will I still be able to see my same Doctor or Nurse?
You can continue to see the clinicians you have seen in the past, however if there is availability at Nelson or Titoki you may be offered an opportunity to see a different Clinician in our other Practice.
